Becoming Willow

My Book

An honest story from a woman shaped by survival, sharing her experiences to help others feel seen, heard, and less alone. I described the book to Ai and it came back with the book title "Becoming Willow".

This has to be a sign seeing her faithful companion is also Willow, very often a scruffy cheeky dog.

The reasoning behind the Ai's choice of title was I became Willow, by always bending and somehow never breaking even in the worst times of my life. I will dissect the chapters, explaining how our life and the treatment we receive changes our perception of who we are, how we react to stress, situations and even abuse. The struggles our minds and bodies suffer and sometime struggle to regain normality. It does take time, kindness to yourself, and true determination to fix all the cracks in our mind and allow our eyes to see clearly the road to follow with confidence and optimism.
